Mr. Fillner teaches in the upper grade's classroom in the morning and also serves as principal. He has been at St. John-St. James since 2025. Before coming to SJSJ, he taught in San Jose, California, South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and New Berlin, Wisconsin. In his free time he enjoys sports, traveling when he can, camping, spending time with his family, and gardening. He enjoys working with families and students from across the school, getting to know them better, and working with them in their child’s education.
Mr. Zimmerman has been a part of the St. John - St. James ministry since 2019. His roles at school include: Resource Teacher in the mornings, upper grades teacher in the afternoon, Athletic Director, and Technology Coordinator. Outside of his school duties, Mr. Zimmerman loves watching football and basketball. He also enjoys the outdoors, spending his free time fishing and taking trips with his family. He considers serving the SJSJ community to be a true blessing.
